Tom DeBacco

Tom DeBacco

Tom DeBacco has been a trial lawyer since 1979, after graduating from Georgetown University and obtaining his Juris Doctorate from Capital University. Upon graduation, Tom began fighting for his clients in the practice of criminal Law in his Columbus office, then opened his Port Clinton office nearly 20 years ago, and has been fighting for his client's rights every day for over 36 years.

With 36 years of experience Tom has fought and won countless Jury Trials and obtained Countless Not Guilty verdicts. Death Penalty Murder Cases, Federal Drug Conspiracies, RICO cases, Rapes, Murders, and thousands of Felony, Misdemeanor and Driving Under the Influence cases later, Tom still does what he always has done: Fights and puts each and every Client in the best position to win in all felony and misdemeanor matters.

Through nearly 4 decades of successful legal practice, Tom has gained vast knowledge of the criminal law system and court processes in both Ohio and federal courts. Tom has practiced and continues to practice criminal law in nearly every county in Ohio and many out of State courts in Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Nebraska to name just a few states. Tom is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and has been for many years.

Because of his extensive and vast amount of courtroom experience, Tom is the fighter people go to time and time again when they are up against the power of prosecutors and government. Tom firmly believes in the notion that each client is presumed innocent until the government proves their guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.

Tom Debacco has continuously, vigilantly, and relentlessly defended his clients, truly adhering to the principal philosophy of the DeBacco Law Office: "Need a Fighter in Court"... you've got one.

Tom Debacco and The DeBacco Law office get results, and those results speak for themselves.
