In 2010, Patrick joined the DeBacco Law Office to pursue his passion, criminal litigation, and has since been a great fit for the DeBacco Law mentality: "Fight for our clients." State of Ohio v C.S.

In 2016, Pat defended a Curtice, Ohio man in Ottawa County Common Pleas Court charged in a 15-count felony indictment. The charges were 6 counts of rape, 6 counts of sexual battery, and 3 counts of disseminating matter harmful to a juvenile. The maximum penalty for these charges was life without the possibility of parole. The jury delivered not guilty verdicts on 11 charges, and Pat was able to get the remaining 4 charges dismissed. The client suffered no convictions.

State of Ohio v T.H.

In 2015, Pat defended a client charged in the Ottawa County Municipal Court charged with a third offense OVI. The client was involved in a motor vehicle accident and had a breath test BAC level of 0.275. Through investigation, research, and motion work, Pat was able to get the high tier OVI charges dismissed. The client suffered no convictions.

State of Ohio v K.K.

In 2017, Pat defended a client in the Ottawa County Municipal Court charged with marijuana and drug paraphernalia charges. The client, who had prior marijuana offense convictions, was charged when an officer smelled the “strong odor of marijuana” coming from her home. Through investigation, research, and motion work, Pat was able to get the charges dismissed. As a client of DeBacco Law, she suffered no convictions.

In 2016, Pat defended a client in the Ottawa County Common Pleas Court charged with Domestic Violence. Through investigation, research and motion work, Pat was able to get the charge dismissed. The client suffered no convictions.
